"We recently had a water heater replaced by Drain Bears. The technician was Stoy. He was very informative and polite and he did a great job. We had 5 Star send a tech previously who was rude and just lit the pilot light which went out. He said we would have hot water in an hour and that didn't happen. They informed the property manager that they fixed it and they weren't coming back. There is a huge difference between the two companies and how they do business. We are happy to have hot water again and give Drain Bears a 5 star rating."
