Both times I called with questions recently they were more than willing to assist me and actually called me back the one time so that she could assist me to reorder an item in different size at same price with No shipping charges. When we had a JJill in Davenport the staff was the same way. The company knows how to hire the right people!! Yes they are a little more expensive but always having sales and special deals so I've Rarely EVER bought anything at Reg price. I love the quality and fit. Thankyou!!!"

"Recently I stopped into J. Jill with mom, who shops regularly at a different J. Jill location. My mom indicated to the sales staff that she needed something specific. They completely ignored her. As other customers came in, the employees began to diligently help them. We thought this was odd. We didn’t understand what could be the cause until the same saleswomen we originally asked for assistance from came into the dressing room and asked condescendingly if we needed a different size... a bigger size and perhaps a new shape even though she had never seen what silhouette or sizes we had brought into the changing room. I have never felt so fat shamed in my life. (Note: We fit comfortably in J. Jill attire.) If you’re someone who’s not a size 2, don’t shop at this store. You won’t receive a positive customer experience."
