"Victoria’s Secret online orders now require a store visit or paying for the return postage. After decades as a patron of the catalog, then online experience customer, this surprised me. Thankfully was heading to Coralville a few days later and able to stop by the mall for a return. During the holiday season. One young woman was at the counter helping people. Appeared to be the only person working. Seemed friendly. Had a line to manage and was attentive to the needs of customers. The return went smoothly."

"Didn't have as many winter clothes as usual, not busy yet no one to help you because they're busy talking to each other"

"Very poor, discriminatory customer service. After waiting in line for approximately 15 minutes (although store was not busy), the associate working the cash register rang up an individual that skipped the entire line. The customer that skipped the line noted she didn't see the line midway through and the associate said it was fine. Once I was helped the customer service associate noted that one of the tags on one of my items which had a handwritten SKU (presumably a return) which was incorrect and told me to go find another one so she could ring it up. After finding another item with a proper tag I was completing the transaction and she noted that I had a 15% coupon on my account and asked if I would like to use, which I replied, yes. After she told me my total which wasn't representative of a 15% off coupon, after noting this she said for some reason it wouldn't process and didn't offer to ask for assistance in figuring out the issue. After returning home it I realized she didn't remove the security tag from my item and had to drive all the way back. Upon coming back in they were very dismissive of the inconvenience and just stated that the alarm should have gone off when I left (which it did not)."

"Grace helped my daughter find the perfect fit. This was our first time finding my daughter a bra and Grace was extremely helpful. She knew what color and style to offer. We took everything she offered. Thank you."

"I brought in an unworn item (obviously with tags, etc) with my receipt. I was totally upfront about the fact that I was outside the 30 day window for a return and asked if there was any option to get a store credit or an exchange or anything. Was told by the associate right away that I could do an in-store even exchange, but I couldn’t do a credit. I found some items; went to check out and was told THEN by the same employee that I could only get exchange value of 40% of my original purchase price even though I had my receipt. Not to mention that the associates discussed it like I wasn’t standing there. I felt like I was totally upfront and they wasted 45 mins of my time. Super frustrating. There are plenty of other places to find the same or better quality, with better customer service."
