"The people working there are nice.overall, but their equipment sucks. Printers don't read USB. Went there today to print. Last year I went, had a USB problem then also. Had to use computer to just print something, and they charged me for using the computer to print something off my USB drive because THEIR machines don't work. There needs to be a better printing option in North Valleys cause I'm sick of this store."

I would give this store 5 stars except for the obvious (not enough staff) which may or may not be the fault of management. I do utilize this store because of the convenience but I would find other options if the customer service were also poor."
