"They claimed to be open 24 hours, and I showed up at 245am try to order food and they said we have to close to make the food while all 6 employees where sitting in the lobby. I have never heard of a 24hrs fast food restaurant having to close to make food even when I work for McDonald's in my younger days."

"They need to change the oil for their fried food items it's old and dark. You can taste it in the fries and fish, plus the hamburger patties looked and tasted old. This is why I do this type of fast food only when I have to."

"Raw burger (during their slow time of day), and so much grease the bun is falling apart. My calls were ignored at this location and after answering and hanging up, they sent my follow up call to their main office. After I asked the woman where I can send these pictures of proof and how to get my money back, she then told me there was nothing they could do since I'm unable to come back with the rotton food as I am on my lunch break at work like a normal human, but I could have a coupon for another raw, greasy disgusting burger if I wanted :) they didn't even want the pictures or anything, which tells me they are FULLY aware of the hazardous conditions and food at this place and still proudly take people's money and give them food that is not even up to a stray dogs standards. If you want my experience, go here! If you don't, stay as far away as you can. Rotten, disgusting food is one thing but refusal to fix their mistakes is unacceptable and unprofessional. As someone who is worked in the food industry, I am fully aware that you can refund a card transaction without needing the receipt. Shame on you."
