"Customer service was fine while ordering. However, is it standard practice to charge $2.79 for a cup of water from the fountain? If we hadn't grabbed the itemized receipt we wouldn't have caught that we were charged for two bottles of Aquafina which we had to ask for repeatedly. We also had to ask for both of the zesty red sauce cups on the receipt. Pizza quality is fine -- very middle of the road. Price seemed a little high, but that could be due to the negative customer service experience or due to the post-Covid price increases that everyone is trying to get used to."

"Former employee here. Round Table was the worst experience of my life. The store manager is a horrible person and her name matches her personality. I wish nothing but the absolute worst for her. She belittles employee’s and yells when you make a little mistakes. I was only 16 and delt with bad stress and anxiety. Couldn’t even have a friday night to my self because if i called out it would be a literal crime. Literally raged quit. Firing the loyal people because of her abusing power. Ridiculous that this is being passed on to these kids."

"Manager is awful and treats her employees like garbage. We came here and paid the high prices because there was a lovely little lady who had worked there forever and now she has been let go along with many others. Hostile work environment for these people and it's a shame when a small town knows all about it. My family and Co workers will no longer be supporting this business anymore. Pizza store managers don't need to have power trips."

"This was my takeout experience. Ordered online and arrived at the restaurant a few minutes early. They said my order was still being prepared. No big deal. But then what happened next was disgusting behavior. An older woman (I'm assuming the general manager?) began to yell at her staff. Not just yell but completely belittle them and cuss at them. It was difficult to witness the staff being verbally abused while waiting for my order. I wanted to cancel the order and should have but my family was waiting this long for dinner and I didn't think we had enough time to wait much longer. It was completely uncomfortable hearing this type of unprofessionalism. The last time I went to Round Table over a year ago I had witnessed the same thing happen. Same older woman abusing her staff. I told myself I wouldn't support a business in which allows this but decided to try again and see if there were improvements. It's sad to see that corporate allows their employees to go through third type of treatment. Why isn't anything being done? I hope this review gets to the right person because no one should have to endure horrific abuse while working a minimum wage position. This genuinely needs to be investigated. With that being said, the food was decent enough. I hope something changes for this restaurant sooner then later."

"Unfortunately one star is too much! Had a Door Dash delivered a few minutes ago and the pizza is burnt, next to no sauce or cheese. It’s a personal sized All meat and one piece is on big bubble. Pretty much burnt meat and crust. I don’t know how anyone in food service thought that this would be ok to serve…"
