"They just don't listen to you when you tell them that you can't have stuff on your food. I'm allergic to so many things, but even when you stress this to these kids working, they just kinda shrug it off as no big deal. But to me, being allergic to mustard and fruits is a huge deal for me. So I wasted 14 here. I just have to throw it away because they don't care about you as the consumer. The manager never came to the phone when I called. I guess if the manager doesn't care about us as customers, why should any of the employees care about us."

"I have received the absolute worst garbage known as food. I am genuinely pissed and getting a refund. My 2 sandwiches, which I was told were hot and fresh, were ice cold and stale. Don't eat here. This place has no good food. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with this."

"Super slow service. Its super frustrating to see every single customer in the drive-thru get served before anyone even approaches you at the front counter. And the drive-thru line here is like 20 cars long on the regular. For what, a 15 dollar burger? No thanks."

"For delivery, they always seem to miss part of the order or get an item wrong. They do offer to fix the issue if you go down to the store but will not refund the missing item over the phone. They will give you the did of a replacement drink. it really defeats the point of delivery."

"Drive up employee should not be at drive threw as after handing me change he asked how much he gave me, and I believe working around food you should at least look clean not so with this young man. I ordered combo and didn't receive drink I just wanted to get home. I order egg rolls a lot this was first time they were burnt somehow, and when I go to drive up why are we asked to pull around front they will bring it out to you after waiting in drive up line."
