"I was employed by this terrible place to work. I was forced to resign for something that I was accused of doing, without evidence, or even written policy shown to me. Facility Upper Management had extreme amounts of turnover, as well as HR personnel. When new warehouse management began their particular methods of managing the warehouse, they would strip away any perks from the lower level employees, starting with the 1 hour lunch break, which was reduced to 1/2 hour. The second perk stripped away was the 3 minute grace period on punches into work. Third thing stripped away was employees ability to get obsolete or discontinued items from segregated pallets, which would be thrown into the dumpster, otherwise. The Fourth and final thing to be stripped from employee perks were the birthday celebrations, where employees could have special time (during lunch periods). There is no employee recognition, praise, or advancement. They hire their managers from outside, and do not post internal jobs for advancement."
"Place is really horrible especially their management. I worked here for a week and they gave me a whole expectation talk on how they were needing good workers but I guess not good enough to make them look dumb! Fired me for being better!"
"My Bosses get 5 stars. A lot of the people work with also get 5 stars."
"Easy In and out. No issues. Generally Costco dry loads."
