When I was traveling home a box truck of their's was coming down out of a canyon and passed me cracking my winsheild I understand that there is road debris, however i believe it wouldn't have happened if the 5th wheel attachment had its mud flap attached. It DID NOT have 1 on the passenger side. DOT rules require it to have them. I even stopped at their office and talked to Randy in Reno Nevada. He stated that the driver should have had 1 and that they were liable for this happening. Just got an email 3 days ago from Lisa Mendiola in Human resources in Washington stating that they wont repair my winsheild. If your driving big rigs it's your responsibility to make sure your equipment is safe for travel which this driver DID NOT DO. William Bryant Barker ***UPDATE**** I was contacted again via email and was told they would repair my winsheild for me. Just need to send repair bill to them."
