"Am unable to reach anyone via phone. Was on hold and got disconnected. Our shipment has been in Reno since Aug 11 and every day the delivery date gets pushed out more. Impossible to get an update on why we haven't received. Update: On our second phone call (and long hold time) we have been told our delivery has been on the truck since Aug 11th but that deliveries are behind. Hoping it appears next week."

"Great service. Medical packages arrived between the time they said they would be here. The driver drove around to our garage and unloaded all 18 boxes for me. My only concern is I wish he had called when he was 10 minutes out so we could have locked up the pooches and opened the gate. Marciano was really helpful."

"Well they have lived up to their reputation on google. Without proper verbal and written communication internally it is going to be literally impossible for this company to succeed. I was told that my freight could be stored there until I was able to get back into town to pick it up and instead of documenting this they documented the opposite and went ahead and returned it. They were also made aware that a large diesel truck could not make it down our driveway and that they would need a different type of vehicle to deliver this freight – which they ignored as well. Seems that it’s one blunder after another with this company and that they do not seem willing to take responsibility for the lack of communication, and ability to schedule the right delivery vehicles and their ability to communicate verbally with the customer."

"I bought a washer and dryer from our local home depot. Little did we know, they were using a third party to deliver and install them. We filed a claim against them because their employees had hit the door frame and took a chunk off. We waited over two months for them to respond to us with multiple follow-up phone calls just for them to tell us our claim has been denied. This is a brand new house that we just moved in to. Their excuse is " The way we brought in the washer and dryer the chip on the door would be much higher". Just to warn everyone the waiver you are signing also mentions that there are no damages to your house etc. My husband thought that this is a waiver about receiving the items and has been installed. I also have footage of them trying to ramp up through our front door and had scratched the side as well. A company that is reckless and will not hold themselves accountable is bad business."
