"We just finish hauling for this Broker, they hire us to do a drop and hook straight thru of 5 Units here in GA, after we get to the shipper, the Units needs to be lifted by a forklift in order for our truck to be able hook to it, (not hook/drop.) First trailer we haul, the shipper give us the wrong trailer, the receiver refuse the trailer, we call our dispatch at King West, and they ask us to take the trailer back, and agree to pay for the round trip. After we finish the round trip returning the trailer to shipper, we inform this Broker that we will not to haul any more Units, because the agreement was hook/drop, and the waiting time at shipper was longer then expected in order for us to get trailer. Now this company are refusing to pay us for the work done, we haul 1 trailer, round trip and we are not getting paid. They are refusing to pay, because we didn't agree to do extra work for free."
