Mine arrived to recipient by Tuesday the following week which is a great deal when you consider Fedex charges $77 and DHL $110 for a pound of documents that promises almost same transit times."

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD!!! Every time I call, phone is just ringing and ringing! This is the 21st century and if you are taking money from your customer and doing business with people, at least provide a voicemail message box so if you guys aren't available to answer the phone...your customer can leave a message for you to call back and address what the call is about, as soon as you become available on the same business day. The worst is, I got scheduled three (3) times for pick up and these guys didn't even bother to call and tell me if they are running late or if they are cancelling the pick-up or just too busy to get it done!!! Where is the work and/or business ethic?! I guess none!"
