"It's cold outside and driver on bus 1 #520 arrives and sits in back to read her book while we wait outside in Cold."
"Never been on the city transit before so I went to the RTC to get some help but the staff were on their break. I walked around and found the bus I needed to get on and asked the driver for assistance which he gladly gave. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment but that is because I was not aware the 56 only comes around hourly. I sure could've used the RTC staff to better figure out route schedules."
"It was clean and not crowded at all, not too many homeless around bugging people as they sometimes do. Usually only the ones with a mental disorder of some kind bother people. It's not their fault. Some buses were delayed by 30mins but they had marked it on the real time schedule."
"I mean, it is what it is. You have the passengers' point of view, and you also have the drivers point of view. If passengers are upset about the route, they need to call customer service so it's recorded, and the managers can take note of it. Then, they can plan out the route better. Some of the drivers could be nicer to the customers. Customer service is part of the job. Passengers need to on time for the bus. If I need the bus and I'm on time to go to work, others shouldn't be late to the bus stop and hold the rest of us back and cause us to be late."
"The central bus stop all public transport connecting to all corners of the city of Reno and Sparks. The station is spacious, neatly displayed signage, ticket machines, restrooms and many facilities available. The one sitting behind service booth is extremely kind, here even came out and got my Day passes from vending machine."
