"This place is suppose to be a family park. Your kids are not allowed to play with their toys or even ride their bikes outside and play with their friends. Doreen yells at the kids. She will send you an eviction notice over little things. She makes up rules this is more like a prison than a place to call home. She picks and chooses who she wants to live there and not. If she is not liked by you, she will find a way to evict you. She takes pictures of your place and children with out any consent. Do not think of living here."

"The park manager Doreen Cessna is a racist!!!! On top of that she is a bold face liar as well!!! She denied my family because my woman and son are black. She'll say she isn't racist but trust and believe she is. She even admitted to me that people always call her a racist, I say the shoe fits. She say the company in AZ does the application process but that's all a lie. Our previous landlord was never contacted, our previous and current employers were never contacted, and neither of our references were contacted. She does the apps right there in that park herself. She say my criminal history was another reason and I haven't had a charge in over 15 years. I was honest and told her I have a pit bull but presented my official esa letter and I know she didn't like that so she made up fake reasons why we got denied...THE ONLY REASON YOU DENIED US IS BECAUSE YOU HATE BLACK PEOPLE AND PITBULLS!!!! then when I confronted her at the office to ask questions about the denial she got irrate so I let her know that I know she is racist and that's when she told me to leave or she was gonna call the cops. You for real wanna call the cops because I exposed your racist a**?? I'm putting the fair housing people on this one, you discriminated against the wrong family this time...Doreen is a racist pig"
