Who ever is supposedly the "owner" responding on here is just some bored bitter person who was probably evicted from University Heights for not paying their rent or being a nuisance to our peaceful, safe and enjoyable community."

"Nice place to live. Very well maintained with clean laundry room, snow removal in the winter, and a shaded, park like bbq area. Michelle and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to."

She has delivered the information that I was looking for and even surpassed my expectations. She is very cooperate, courteous, and has set the example of true customer service. "Place has bed bugs, my boyfriends mom and I had both gotten them and seen them with our own eyes, landlord also does not allow couples to live here for some odd reason, he is very rude when trying to speak to him, place does no back round checks and there are multiple pediphiles in the area. Not a safe place for family’s, kitchens are suppose to come with microwaves as said on contract but there aren’t any"
