"We decided to stay at this hotel as it hosts the only Tesla chargers in town. We were told the chargers were first come first serve which we were ok with. As another Tesla customer wanted to charge their car and there no other chargers available, they convinced the staff to call our room at 10pm and not only wake up my husband but our 1 year old child. No further explanation needed. We would only hope that the staff has better common sense in the future and put in some rules and training about calling rooms so late, especially rooms with children. We were disappointed with actions taken staff especially since we respected the rules and didn’t charge the car the day before as all chargers were taken."

"After staying at this hotel, I've decided to give up on Hilton. I had the worst experience of my life after getting into a bed where the sheets had not been changed. Laying in a strangers personal business was very upsetting, and I was done with them. The only reason I didn't leave that night was because I was on a business trip with coworkers, and we only had one vehicle. I will say they offered to comp the night and offer 5000 points, but what they didn't understand is that I was in a strangers bed with their residual, whatever, and pubic hair that was on my legs. I did get the front desk to bring me a new set of sheets that I changed myself. Then I finally got in bed after cleaning myself off. Within minutes, the smoke detector started chirping, which was out of their control, but it was already late, and I had to work the next day, and I was on a 3 hour(est) time difference. Well, that morning, my coworker told us about his incident, and I knew I would never come back to this particular hotel. Hilton is not the same, and I hate that."

"Not one bad thing to say about this place. Pejuta is a dream and makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. Excellent representation for Hampton. The room was perfectly clean, smelled good, bed was soft and pillows were perfect. Perfect stay. Perfect!!!"

"Recently traveled to Carson City, Nevada for a work training and stayed at Hampton Inn for 2nights. The room looked pretty new and very clean. Had everything I needed plus had a pretty good breakfast with good options. Their staff were also friendly and helpful."

"This is our second trip at this Hampton Inn. First was during Covid and now in October of 2023. Desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and stocked well. Beautiful pool area, it’s closed for maintenance this trip because it’s the slow season. No problem we had no plans to use it anyway. Better to do it now then in the busy season. Had a pleasant hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast. Coffee was fresh and juice was delicious. Rooms priced fairly and location is excellent. We will stay here next trip to Carson City in January."
