"Their facilities keep shutting down, pumps on toilets stop working out of nowhere and now an issue on their end at the worst possible time now is happening, imagine waking up and having the water shut off so you can't conduct any hygiene before going to work....... oh and your paying for this, really sad when it's not the renters but business's like this that want you to uphold your end of the bargain yet they can't even do the same but they try to sabotage you. And when putting in a maintenance request of course you have to go through some 3rd party company in the Philippines with someone who doesn't understand or care about the severity but stretches the time on the phone for way too long and doesn't give you an estimated time of arrival for maintenance. Absolute garbage service, would not consider these people ever and would advise anyone looking for housing to really pass this place up especially if you NEED RELIABILITY."
"I love this complex, the leasing agents Erin and Catherine really are the best and helped me so much in my rental process, the maintenance is quick and very kind; and the amenities are just amazing!"
"Wes was amazing! Super professional, courteous and kind. I have been having an ongoing issue with my fridge for three years and he was able to come in and get everything fixed asap! He called before coming over and was waiting when I got there. He even cleaned out the new fridge he had to bring me and helped mop up the mess from the old fridge that had spilled/leaked everywhere. So so grateful for him!"
