"Long term stays only. $54 application fee / background check. The phone is rarely answered to discuss reservations or application status. The website & online advertising clearly state there are RV sites available that fit the size/age/etc. Paid for the credit & background check which were both approved, but we were surprised to see the message that “there are no available units” on the website used for the application/background check despite the advertising and initial front desk call confirming availability and plenty of sites available."
