"It was dark by the time we arrived in Reno and we were dog-tired. Plus we felt so lost and turned around; even with the kind directions from a bouncer with a Mexican Nightclub. We finally happened upon this hotel/motel and the manager/owner? Was a very kind, gentle, soft spoken East Indian? gentleman who treated us very well. The motel was not our ideal (he said most people pay with cash when we presented our credit card), but we really needed a place to sleep and get our bearings. Which it provided thankfully. And because the manager felt so trustworthy and was available with any thing we required, we were at peace."

"Driving through Reno at 3am and after calling 30+ hotels realized the entire city was booked during the Labor Day long weekend. This place had a room, but they wanted $250/night. Agree on $200 cash, but really wished I just slept in my car, as uncomfortable as that would have been. Woke up at 5am with my legs just burning and itching from multiple bug bites, turn on the light and found some bed bugs. Disgusted but completely exhausted, I kill a few and have to go back to sleep. In the morning I had to put all my clothing that were outside my suitcase in a sealed bag so I wouldn't spread them once I got home. The room is a complete dump. A used TV sits on the floor, they store old furniture and junk in the closets, there was a used bandaid at the foot of the bed, there was red spotting on the toilet seat. It is very clear that the operators simply don't care about their guests and have zero pride of ownership. I hope this place goes to zero as soon as possible to spare others the grave misfortune of having nowhere else to turn for a night. Sleeping upright in a parked car is a luxury compared to this place."
