"Check in, no issues. The front desk person was friendly. However, once we got to the room, things went downhill. I needed to use the bathroom, no toilet paper....not even an empty roll...no spare....nothing. "Thankfully" there was tissue. Called the front desk, no answer. We immediately checked the bed, because if the staff didn't even provide toilet paper who's to say anything else had been done. Looked clean, thank goodness. But then.....we noticed the chair (pic provided for reference). I'm not sure what that is but it looks ....not good. How do you miss that when cleaning a room?? We went back down past the front desk on our way out to a company party. The desk person was there and provided toilet paper and tissues and apologized. I do not blame them as it's not their job to clean the room. We did stay the night (I know, I know), but our usual cleaning up and tip for the housekeeping staff did not happen. If you don't care enough to make sure the room is stocked and clean, we don't care enough to be a courteous customer. Side note: We stayed here during the previous ownership a couple of years ago. This place has gone so downhill with the new management. We thought about complaining, possibly getting a discount but at some point you realize if they don't care about simple maintenance why would they care about complaints. Do. Not. Recommended."

"Charged me a pet fee, I have no pets. Said it smelled of cats. Maybe they should have cleaned the room. I have no pets! Smelled of cigarettes! I wanted to believe! Seemed too convenient! It was. They stole my money!"

"Checked in for one night 4th August . on checking the room we found the toilet was loose so reported it and was told they would sort it . no one came . during the night the toilet packed up and then we noticed a large toilet plunger nearby .now we started noticing how filthy the sink plug hole was, the room hadn't been cleaned properly and side lampshade was covered in brown stains. on reporting this we was offered $30 off if stayed another night. never again ."

"This is a true budget/value hotel. Nothing exceptional or remarkable about it. If cost savings is your goal, look no further, but the saying, “you get what you pay for” rings true here! The free breakfast was about as low budget as the carpet, sheets, and paper thin walls. It was wiped out every few minutes despite several hotel guests complaining to staff about it. First impression was standing in the lobby while the staff member smoked a cigarette while on the phone outside looking at us through the door until she was done smoking. No pleasantries we’re exchanged throughout the check-in/out process. Location wasn’t terrible for shopping and food, however, it does share a parking lot with a knock off casino and a truck stop gas station. Do not recommend! Wish I would’ve taken pics of the room but mediocre sufficiently sums it up. The best part, is the two veteran parking spaces."

"We planned a road trip vacation and had a room reserved for months. After driving 12 hours we arrived at about 8PM and couldn't wait to get some sleep. The place has one employee doing everything. They would assign rooms to customers, that already had reservations, then the same single person would have to clean the room because the rooms were sitting dirty all day. No housekeeping. I do not recommend this establishment."
