Rosewood Park Apartments

"I lived in one of the second floor 2 bedroom units off of Sierra Madre for 2 years. For me, this was a great place to live. If not for a pet coming into my life that isn't compatible with that apartment situation, I'd have continued for another year or more. I never had problems with maintenance responding. I put requests on the app, and they would come and check things out within 24 hours on all occasions. My condenser for the air conditioning went bad. It took a couple of days for them to get it replaced, but it was handled perfectly. The garbage disposal died one day, and they replaced it the next. I was diligent in participating in a move in and out inspection, repaired, and cleaned the apartment back to the condition it was in when I moved in, and received my security deposit back in its entirety. Cops were on property on occasion, but I've paid more for places with more police presence. I was never bothered by the office, and my interactions with Brianna and others were pleasant. When I moved in, I had an employment offer, no conformable rental history, and a good credit score. I found it comfortable, safe, and, for the most part, quiet. As a single bachelor who ran his hvac system all day and night, took long hot showers, and ran my dishwasher every few days, I had an average of about 100 for utilities. 70 in the mild months, 130-145 in the harsher months. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it."

"I paid $100 application fee and got denied because I had an "unpaid utility" from many years ago for $88 from a different state that I didn't even know about. They said I can reapply in 30 days and put in another application for $100 again. Didn't give me any option to resolve the issue. Just denied. They're farming application fees for profit and scamming people. Won't reapply"

"My sister recently received a violation for having a bag of trash and some shoes on her porch outside of her door overnight…. A young woman with two kids under two. Gosh, would HATE for these apartments to look trashy... JOKE. But let’s let these weirdos decorate their patios with anything and everything that is disgusting and trashy… can’t wait to get her out of this place, I feel bad for the people who can’t afford to live anywhere else. These apartments are a joke, keep looking. Update: office is never any help, neither is maintenance. Don’t waste your time, keep searching for a comfy home you deserve."

"Lived at Rosewood for a little over 3 years. Overall, had experienced ZERO issues. The maintenance guys are quick to the scene, and super helpful! Emergency calls at night, they are at our doors with a smile. Front office ladies are always very patient , and kind! Super understanding individuals, and are always willing to help! Thanks Rosewood!"

"Stay away from this ghetto apartment. My brother lives here and someone broke into his apartment last night from the patio door. It was locked but the protection bar was not on. This is definitely the work of someone who lives in one of these apartments. I don't know what kind of robbers are getting approved in this apartment. On the top of that you don't wanna deal with the apartment manager and almost all the women who manages this property. They will never fix anything. There is no exhaust in the kitchen. It's just a fan that takes in the smoke from below and blows it up in your kitchen. You cannot cook here anything that will result in even a bit of smoke. You have to keep the doors open and obviously that's not possible during winter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this ghetto apartment where criminals are getting approved"
