"Seriously, don't move here. This place will scam you on your internet and bills. Their communication is awful. This place will nickel and dime you. Pay for gigabit internet but you'll get throttled to less than 100Mbps. Pay for "general area" electricity but the lights don't work. Fees for setting up a 3rd party electronic bill notification system and pay $5.50 a month for the pleasure of being sent a bill electronically. Elevators are constantly out of service. Water puddles that are not maintained. Trash build up in the trash room. The gates to the parking garage don't work or sometimes work, you'll have to pull up to the gate multiple times just to get the gate open. The parking garage lighting is broken so it's dark, despite paying a "common area". Electricity fee! Utilities are shared so guess what? A water line breaks and they don't fix, guess who pays for it? You, the tenants. If your internet is having issues and need legitimate work done they won't fix it. However they will move you to another apartment but you have to pay a lot in fees + your old apartment and new apartments rent. They give you a link to dispute charges but you will not get a response. They are nice apartments but it is not worth moving here just to be milked of all your money and avoided with communication. *update to the property manager's response to my review. I have a clear signed agreement to get gigabit internet and yet I'm getting less than 100Mbps. You won't fix it and only charge me a lot in fees and double the rent to move me to another apartment unit. Also dealing with fish fiber is a nightmare. Dish will not call you back when they Say they will, they send the wrong technicians for service calls and their support team does not know what they are doing. I regret moving to the Atrium and will happily move out when my lease is up."
"Move here at your own risk. I'll be back to write a thorough review on my experience in this place. I have pictures and videos too. 1 star makes them look good, I wish there was a zero star button. This same spot has been fixed 2 times. This is the 3rd time this same wall is opening up. My apartment smells like wet clothes due to the water sipping in underneath the door and messing up my carpet. My speaker no longer works due to this same reason. The wall has turned into mold. Keep taking your sweet time to come fix it. I have more stories and pictures about my experience living here. Asking me to stop by your office won't help. I know every member of management who has worked in that office because I have been very vocal with my concerns. I still haven't talked about the toilet that was uprooted in my apartment with no prior notification or consent from me! Seriously, find some place else. This complex is a mess."
"I love the Atrium "
"I’ve been searching for an apartment that was affordable and the perfect space for me and Sam was so helpful and helped me find the apartment that would perfectly fit my needs. She not only showed me many options and locations but was able to help me smoothly apply to my dream apartment. HIGHLY recommend stopping by!"
"Don’t move here. As the first person to move into this apartment complex upon completion, I have things to say. I live in a one bedroom apartment which costs 1585 a month. The first year I lived here, I was paying 1525. All utilities were included in the rent. The second year, I decided to move up (same exact apartment, just higher) and now pay 1585, and I was fine with that. When resigning, I clearly didn’t read the lease well enough to see that I would now be charged for utilities, which include: common area electricity, water, sewer, parking and trash. So instead of paying 1585 a month, I pay between 1680-1700 a month, which I did not expect. When I moved in, I lived with a giant hole in my ceiling for 5 months. I was promised pre-move in that the hole would be fixed. When the hole was fixed, the maintenance people didn’t really care that they might ruin my possessions by throwing plaster and dry wall all over the place. (I was never compensated for this). My bedroom blinds have been broken since move in day, and were finally just fixed. I was told in July they would have to order the parts to fix it, and checked in every month only to get no answer/or be told “sorry this has taken so long.” Finally a maintenance person helped me by locating the parts needed on the Atrium premises-so this problem could have been avoided entirely. This is a pet friendly apartment. People do not care if their dogs bark all day and night, and when they’re away on weekend vacations. Dogs have jumped on me in the elevator, and the owners never apologize or say anything at all, because they think that not leashing their dogs is a totally okay thing to do. The stairwells are constantly dirty, with garbage, pet excrement, and more. The door to the parking garage never opens on the first try, and I have to reverse out of the driveway and try again. The garage door on the first floor was broken for months in the open position, and I didn’t feel safe at all. The elevator was broken for months. The inspection date for the elevator was in April 2023, and that date came and went without any inspection ever taking place. No wonder it broke. Even now, after it’s been “fixed” it shakes back and forth rather violently, and I’m waiting for the day it falls out from under my feet. Also, that 4 story waterfall? It burned down the 4th month I lived here and no longer exists. It was replaced by a Home Depot water fountain you’d find in someone’s front yard. I could go on and on about other problems, but I’ll exceed the character limit if I do. What do I like about this place? That I have a roof over my head, I guess. Oh, and that I can see the neighborhood cat walking around from my window. Newer doesn’t equal better. Clearly this apartment was built in the absolute cheapest way possible, and that is reflected through everything. Luxury is an interesting word to attach to a mediocre and less than pleasing apartment complex."
