"THE ABSOLUTE WORST! YOU WILL BE SORRY! Do not rent from this group. While my son lived in these apartments over two years ago he could never get the property manager to call him back and they didn't keep the hours posted. They went through several different property managers over the 2 year period my son lived there. Last week my son got a call from a collection company because the property manager didn't ever correctly file and save the roommate release form my son and his roommate signed. I have already emailed the address listed in several of the replies to other negative comments. Surprise! No reply!"

"Can't speak to the living situation, but we have tried to schedule a tour TWICE with this complex, the first time we arrived and were told the property managers were out of town and were supposed to cancel all the appointments, obviously that didn't happen. Second time, we called to confirm the day of and when we finally got through to someone they said we should have been contacted by the office because they don't have any units to show and our tour was canceled."

"I have been here almost 6 yrs. They want the rest of non renovated apartments out by end of their lease which I understand they want to renovate. I’ve kept my head down many years and ignored the issues. The trash is ridiculous. Half the time they don’t pay their bills for junk king so currently we have a mountain of mattresses. Doors from renovations have been sitting on the side for months. This place has gone downhill since new management. Office lady is rarely ever here. And they’ve been through 3 office managers in 6 months."

"Management is terrible, they’re very rude and slow to respond to anything. There were 3 property managers when I lived there, Andrew was awesome, Cassandra and Jennifer were both super rude and incompetent. Maintenance was also incompetent but I believe they got a new guy right before I left. Multiple work orders had to be requested for anything to get done and it was usually done wrong. I had to constantly reach out after being told they would contact me. The management company is located in California and hard to get into contact with. Uber drivers and doordash can never find this place, GPS takes them to Chuck’s pizza. I had one of (perhaps the first?) renovated units and I will admit the interior looked nice. However the washer/dryer combination unit is absolutely terrible and you couldn’t pay me enough money to use it ever again. They forgot to send me a lease renewal, which worked in my favor because they didn’t raise my rent since there was about 72 hours until I automatically went month to month. Sadly, they raised the rent when it came time to renew again so I left. Overall, I think these apartments and it’s owners are parasites on society."

"This place is absolutely terrible to do business with. We were supposed to move in, we pulled up with our u-haul and knocked on the office door to get our keys and it was locked. We could not for the life of us get in contact with anyone so i had to reach the leasing agency in California to have someone come to the office… on top of that, it was not communicated with us that our move in date was moved 3 days later…we’re lucky we have family to stay with.. we completely backed out of the lease and currently finding somewhere else to stay. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.. advertising was false, these units are extremely small… neighborhood not so great either."
