"I have lived in Tanemera South Meadows going on two years, and I absolutely love it. It’s one of the most beautiful condo complexes in Reno. My location is very private and quiet. So many activities all the time. The pool is definitely a resort style pool. The amenities are amazing. Wonderful experience with my time here. So if you are thinking of renting or buying, make sure you take the time to include The Resort at Tanemera. I couldn’t be happier. Happy hunting."

She is very knowledgeable and presents information in a very friendly manner. Tanamera is lucky to have her as a staff member."

"Oh boy! Just found this website! Time to be candid and honest!! I’ve had a home at Tanamara for 20+ years. The resort is beautiful. The amenities are outstanding. The HOA fees are high. But you want resort living? You have to pay for it. The condominiums are large. And you have a private garage. The landscaping is nice. Sadly the Barone group was cheap when building the complex. And they placed small rocks in the landscaping that destroy so much. The location in Reno is perfect. You have most everything you need in walking distance. Now the bad news. The worst part of living at Tanamera is the people. While at the same time I’ve met good people here as well. The people living here are a combination of Senior Citizens. And people who want to live Payton’s Place. The lodge attendants in the past were kind helpful people. Today the HOA’s favorite attendant is a man who seeks power, control and attention. He has harassed myself and my family. After much consultation with the HOA. He seems to now to be leaving me alone. One huge positive here with people is Tony. The director of maintenance and his crew our wonderful and helpful. Most importantly they are respectful. Now the HOA and the BOD? I will simply say incompetence. I hate to profile all people. But i will simply say that i stay away from them. There’s a reason why the people working on property for the HOA come and go so quickly. I would not want all these seniors citizens coming to me with there entitlement. In closing. I’ve loved my time at Tanamara. Being honest. I’ve stayed away from the pool, gym and lodge most often. Because of the people who congregate there. Making the HOA fees even higher for me. But my home and it’s location and security have been great!! Life is not perfect! And i miss my friend Barbara!"

"We purchased a condo home here 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Sure there are a few malcontents that seem to think they can ignore the rules that are clearly set down by the HOA but they are few and far between. We love it here. The property is clean and secure. The staff are more than helpful and the nothing seems to go unnoticed. We wanted to move to a quiet, safe and friendly community and we couldn't have found better."

"I just bought a place here recently and it's been a great place to live for me and my dog. HOA rules are the same as every where else and everyone is nice to you and says hi. The gym and year round pools and hot tubs are what make the place better than other condos or town homes for sale in the Reno area. Its a mixed age range and I've already met friends in the club house/pool area in a short amount of time with all of the events always going on."
