"This apartment complex is dirty and the management is immature and irresponsible. They will release your personal information and partake in harassment and stalking. Expect a lack of professionalism and integrity. Look elsewhere as poo prints isn’t upheld and multiple families in one unit. Multiple events of urine and feces on my patio. Nothing was done about the consistent filth."

"I can not say enough good things about the entire team in the leasing office and the maintenance crew. My husband and I moved across the country with our two dogs and the leasing team made the application/move in process easy and stress-free. Once we arrived we found the property well maintained,the apartment was more than we hoped for and the maintenance crew was quick to respond when I needed help, they were knowledgeable and very friendly. "My family and I did a short-term lease at Green Leaf Waterstone while our home was being built. We absolutely loved our time here. The community is safe, clean and "homey." Our apartment was lovely - the floorplan was spacious and I loved having an attached garage, upstairs loft and two balconies. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! Management was friendly and helpful, and they accommodated our short-term lease needs with ease! They also had cute, free community events from time-to-time, as an appreciation to their residents! I would recommend Greenleaf Waterstone to anyone looking for a nice, modern apartment to call home."

"We have lived here for a few years and it has been an enjoyable experience. We have beautiful landscaped trails. The floor plans are spacious and updated. We totally feel safe here and are next to two beautiful new schools. The grounds are kept up very nicely. What I love most is our Managment Staff. Karina, Cyllia, and Melissa are the best!!! They have been amazing through this Pandemic and have done their absolute best to assist their tenants. Always warm and professional. This has been extremely important to us. Management listens to us. They also do fun little things to stay positive and make us feel valued. We enjoy living here. Great area if you like to exercise and get out into our beautiful area. Safe little community."

"Green Leaf Waterstone is a nice place to live, but the speed bumps are too high. My car oil pan hits every time I go over them. They had a gym, however it was eliminated and the area was turned into the leasing office. They do have dedicated areas for dogs and they have a strict policy about picking up after dogs. As a result, one can pretty freely enjoy the grassy areas. They have lots of trees which provide shade and a little more privacy. The grounds are well maintained and there's adequate parking near the mailboxes to stop and pick up the mail. All the units come with garages with remote control units. Visitor parking parking can be sparse, as several residents park in the visitor parking. There are handicapped spaces scattered throughout the complex."
