""Slumlord" is too kind for these monsters. They knew since at least 2021 about extensive issues with their complex. They knew months ago that the city might condemn the the entire upstairs. They waited until after Christmas to give 23 families 10 days to move. They are a shame to their ancestors to their country, to their God, and to society."

"As a local landlord myself, I'm absolutely appalled at the way the Carson Pines Apartments are managed. The buildings are deteriorating. One abandoned vehicle has been blighting the property and the neighborhood for close to two years. I can't imagine representing an owner who would permit such conditions, or being a property owner who would allow a management company to get away with this. A disgrace to Carson City and an insult to the tenants."

"Bill is the worst property manager I've ever had to deal with. Refused to fix anything (including the water leak and black mold) no matter how many requests in writing. Plus after professional cleaning and mowing grass when leaving they managed to keep the entire security deposit. Stay far away from these slum lords"

"Absolute horrible experience. Bill is a terrible manager. He let me go without a refrigerator for 4 days while my food rotted. I have a 2 year old and 8 month old. We had no food due to his negligence. My apartment complex has horrible plumbing. Since I move in I have showered in my own filth up to my shin due to him not fixing my drain, after asking over 10 times to get it fixed. My neighbor has a hole.in her ceiling and when it rains her floor gets soaked, not once has he made an attempt fix it for this elderly woman. His receptionists rarely call back, but only when a tenant needs something. Lastly, he evicted me and is lying to other landlords to purposely prevent me from getting another roof over my head for my kids. I have told him we will be homeless and he said good luck. His blatant lies and no proof to back them up have led me to seek legal help. I DO NOT RECCOMENDED HIM AS A RENTER. Save yourself the time and go through a professional. I wouldn't even let a dog live in these filthy, bug filled, health code violation, extra large dumpsters!"

"My rating has more to do with their pricing than their professionalism. I was shown a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There was no garage as it has been converted into a tv room. It has a carport, a very small front yard and a partially fenced back yard, and it had a swamp cooler. They want $1200/mo + $1100 deposit. Now, there is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with central A/C, large beautiful yard and tons of bells and whistles for the same amount just a few blocks down the street. Seriously? How do these two homes even compare in price? The house is cute but it's not $1200 cute! I would jump on it if it was say...$850 or even $900. But somehow I don't see this property renting any time soon when a person can get something much nicer for the same amount."
