"Poor management, roaches, 18 hour notice before shutting water down for 3 days from 8am to 5pm. Loud neighbors blasting music. Guest parking filled with unmoving vehicles. Litter and trash spread everywhere. Hardly anyone cleans up there dogs poop so watch ya shoes. No lights in most of the car ports. The wiring in the units are so old spectrum cant hit the download speed we pay for. Have to pay for a gigabyte download speed just to watch netflix/hulu. Unprofessional maintenance. So many changes to staff, hard to even know who works here. Office might as well be on lunch there whole shift. When I moved in I had a whole log of poop still in the toilet bowl from the either maintenance or the previous renter. The list just continues to grow. Cannot stress enough how crummy this place is. Upon leaving we were hit with around $1000 of cleaning fees when we left the place better than they gave it to us."

"Every single person who I’ve met that works here has been nothing but pleasant. I had a few things that needed attention and fixing in my new apartment and they were on top of it and very communicative. Lyndsey in the front office was amazing! Both maintenance men I met were super awesome!"

"Had several maintenance issues going at once. All but one were completed in less than a week and the one remaining issue requires an outside vendor. It will be completed in less than two weeks. The maintenance personnel are so much better than some of the people who used to work here. My repairs appear to be finished in a timely manner and correctly the first time around."

"Super corporate. Will not work with or understand your situation in any way. Nobody you can even speak with as the people in the office are just minimum wage workers basically and don't really care as they come and go as they please. Nice interiors. Rent went up every single year by 100+ dollars a month. People's pets poop everywhere in the grass."

"Lived at the element for over a year now and it’s upsetting seeing the decline of quality here. There’s been so many changes of staff I don’t even know who even works here anymore. I have met the new manager and I’m happy to hear she really wants to turn around the place for the better. I always spoke highly of the maintenance staff here due to positive encounters with a few of them but again I don’t even know who left or not. Sent a maintenance request a while back and it didn’t even get done in a timely manner like it used to. With the major increase of price of the apartment I would expect the quality to also be high standards, guess not anymore. it’s disappointing what this apartment has declined to. If staff is constantly leaving obviously something is wrong with management or how they treat their workers should be reevaluated. Doesn’t seem normal to have constant staff leaving. I really hope the element gets better to improve satisfaction on both the workers end and tenets."
