"I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years. Don’t do it. Water leaked through my light fixture in my bathroom. Fixture was disconnected and never fixed (over a year). Raw sewage was ankle deep in my apartment and it took them hours to even shut the water off. They had a guy come and dry it for all of 30 minutes. Refused to change the carpet. That’s right, raw sewage ankle deep in my entire apartment and I was forced to live with that carpet for 2 years. (Which they charged me for on the way out) took pictures and documented black mold and let them know about a pending lawsuit and their response was “sorry to hear you’re going that way.” If you live here they will put your health in jeopardy. Slum lord through and through"

"This is where I reside...Great community of one bedroom apartments. Nice pool and clean laundry room...The manager and maintenance team are very nice people...glad I got in... Close to golf, tennis, park, and shopping."
