"“It’s not where you live, it’s how you live.” Sometimes, there are residents who do not have the background (home training) or wherewithal to live in a multi unit community. They cause other tenants problems and discomfort indirectly, i.e., letting in the homeless people, bringing in bedbugs, throwing junk food trash on the floor in the common areas.Those are my biggest complaints. On the upside, management is good, apartments fairly priced and cute and comfortable. The current on-site manager, Patti, is beloved by residents. Maintenance hit or miss depending on whether they can get a maintenance worker to stick. (Although building is the cleanest I’ve seen it in my decade of living here.)"

"Close to everything, the freeways downtown casinos and supermarkets. The building itself is very well camped beautiful artwork on the walls the Brewers are always clean in the area as always spotless I strongly. Recommend this for anyone who's looking to locate."

"Well it only took 2months this time for a problem to be fixed. I'm still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed almost 2 yrs. We had a pretty good maintenance person but she left last week she only lasted 3months. Now we have 2 new guys so I guess we will see. Fingers crossed. Hopefully one of them can help get some cleaning done around here because the guy cleaning this place doesn't clean very well and I drought if he will ever get cought up, this is a pretty big place for 1 person. Good luck. It would be really nice to see the walls get some fresh paint by the elevators, they are so dirty and in need of paint along with new tile inside the elevators which is broken and has lifted up. Thank you to the man name Eric that was here for a few weeks he really got a lot done and worked his butt off."
