"Lived here for a couple years and was pretty happy. They are small units but cozy. The area is very quite and most residents are friendly. Office hours are not the best (9 to 5 Monday through Friday). They have a single pool, but no hot tub. There isn't AC, and parking can be really scarce if you have a second car but over all it is a good value for what you pay."
