"I have lived here for four years. The apartments are nice open and clean. The staff is wonderful. Both the office staff and the maintenance. If anything needed to be fixed they were very quick and efficient. It’s the best apartment complex I have lived in!"

"Great place to call home. Lived here for a little over 2 years now, it's close to my job (max 5 minutes drive) and close to many great bars and restaurants and shops (for the shoppers). I personally don't use public transportation, but there are 5 or 6 different bus lines that their route start/end @ the mall, and that bus terminal is literally across the street! Staff is great, including the office employees and maintenance crew. But my favorite feature of this complex is No Breed Ban! I have a Pit Bull and a Rottweiler mixed with a Pit Bull, and these 2 love it here. My only 2 complaints about this complex are: 1. There are too many dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs! I do know (not really, just a feeling) that management did get rid of some of those tenants. 2. Laundry! 7 laundry rooms, which is great. But my problem is that only specific apartments have washer and dryer, but most of them don't have it. Over all, it's a great place to call it home."

"I've lived in these apartments for over 5 years and I love the place. The living community is amazing, I've never had issues with my neighbors. Although its across the street from the mall, you barely notice the traffic. Whenever I have issues and address them to the leasing agents Trish, Daisy and Carla help promptly resolve the issue or assist with scheduling maintenance for a time and day that works best for me or if there's and issue that occurs after office hours a maintenance worker will show up and address the issue even if its the middle of the night. I personally have a pit bull and these apartments are 1 of the very few places in town that do not have a weight or breed limit when it comes to dogs. Throughout the complex they do have doggy bags for owners to clean up after their pets and the apartments highly enforce this. The laundry rooms are always clean $1.25 to wash and $1.25 for an hr to dry way cheaper then the laundry mat but if you do need 1 there's duds n suds across the street. Also these apartments provide an online service making it easy and convenient to pay rent."
