"We are about ready to sign our lease to have another tranquil year here. I had to comment about the reviews I've read. The developer did not forget the sidewalks. There has to be space for emergency personnel and delivery people to park. We have 2 vehicles and park one in the garage and one one the 2 car driveway. There's ample space. There's also plenty of guest parking throughout. The tennants who have a more than 2 vehicles should plan on how they will accommodate them before moving. As for not mowing the lawn in the backyard if you have anything back there is nonsense. We have our backyard decorated more than most. We simply move anything that could be in the way of the landscapers. Just common sense. My only irratation is the neighbors who use their garages for storage and park one of their 2 vehicles out front on the street of their homes. We have several across the street from us. It not only blocks all drivers vision but is selfish to other neighbors. All the people living here must abide the rules to make it the best possible situation. We have no other gripes and are very happy here."

"Do not rent from here. We patched holes (small nail holes) before our move out as we had been told not to worry about any normal wear and tear or holes in the walls from pictures but figured it was nice to at least patch the holes up. We ended up being charged $350 to “touch up the paint” as well as $650 to replace the grass outside that is no bigger than 4ftx6ft. Also, do not have anything in your back yard or the landscapers will not mow your lawn. They charge you to clean the house after move out so count $250 out of your deposit no matter what so do not bother leaving the house clean when you leave. They are awful and have a ton of rules in the neighborhood like which side of the street you can park on."

"Hannah was very helpful throughout our leasing process even from the time I called to set up the tour. She was very patient and followed up with us. I even overheard her speaking with a current resident and it sounded caring and that she was on the phone with an old friend. It was nice to hear the warmth through her voice even when handling a difficult conversation. The homes are awesome too. The layouts are open and the master has a massive closet. You get all the space and privacy of a single family home and the peace of mind from a professional management company. Everyone that passed by and appeared to work for Frontera was very friendly too."

"We've been in a Frontera home for 6 months. We are loving it. It is the most serene and quiet area. Homes are built very well. We didn't want to have to maintain a yard but here at Lennar homes they have year round landscaping guys who mow front and back yards, trim shrubs etc. That's unheard of. Haven't met another renter who wasn't as nice as could be. Very dog friendly too. A real pleasure to call Frontera home."
