"Friday, January 19, 2024 - Sunday, January 211 2024 I came from Sacramento, California to visit my friend. Saturday night while there, my two children and hers were frightened by seeing mice scurrying across the floor. They were absolutely traumatized, hysterically crying! My friend had notified the property management back in Oct/Nov of 2023 and nothing really had been done to resolve the issue. Come to find out, the mice are in the walls. they are giving her push back on fixing the issue and just putting traps down that she can do herself. There is pee and feces from the mice, they have gotten in her couch and chewed the bottom up, as well as her refrigerator, which one jumped out of the inside! The way the staff has treated her is extremely unprofessional, rude, no empathy, basically have dismissed her like this is normal. They are living in an inhabitable conditions and simply would like to break the lease and get the deposit back so they can move. She has been told "No, we can not do that." I know CA and NV are different but there are Federal Laws as well as plain human decency. My old apartment in California had the same problem in 2022, and when I got treated the same way my friend is, I called Corporate and they immediately cancelled my lease and gave me my full deposit back. So why can't this be done for her? They are treating her as if she deserves to live under these conditions with her children, with her youngest being 4. This is no way to live!"

"I've had a work order for maintenance to check on my dryer since December and they closed out my work order. I called the office last week because my washing machine won't work either. Now my work order updated to being placed in January even though I placed one in December. They have been closing out my work orders and haven't even stopped by to check out anything. Feeling really discouraged about the way things are being run for these apartments."

"These apartments are infested with mice! I have complained several times and the office acts like it’s no big deal! I have 4 kids and we are all terrified to use the bathroom because mice are everywhere!!! Pest control came out and advised the apartment leasing staff know about the walls being infested yet they still do nothing! It’s been 5 mice in the month of January alone in my place! They’re all in the kitchen and now in my brand new couches! They are mating at an alarming rate and it’s disgusting! Nice fees and urine everywhere! Opened my fridge and one was there!!!!! Now we can no longer eat or sleep in our home! I hate it! As a single mom coming from Section 8, I wish I would have known! Now we are stuck and will have to replace all our belongings!! I checked with neighbors and they also have them! My friend moved out due to the mice issue! Save your money!"

"The move in was good. Office staff was very friendly and informative. They did state that the complex is old. We did the walk trough everything was clean new carpets and flooring. The cabinets and countertops however are old and the cabinets do not match. But appliance’s are nice. My washer was leaking so maintenance did replace both washer and dryer. Which maintenance is amazing. They had to come out twice for the toilet and they are very prompt when you put a work order in. I’m satisfied with the place so far. Not much to complain about besides the cabinets not matching."
