"Usually a nice place to visit but today was my worst experience here ever. I had to ask 4 employees where the restroom was until I was finally told where it was. The first two straight up said, "NO" when I asked for assistance and the third said, "I'm busy." The fourth was a manager who greeted me pleasantly and was more than happy to assist me in my time of need... Not sure if I want to come back... I'm very saddened by this."

"This is very nice casino resort. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the mountains. The atrium with the swimming pool is gorgeous. The workout room has a wide variety of machine. There are many options for dining and I was very impressed with the kids gameroom. I also loved the connecting walkway to the convention center. My only complaint is that I wish the Fitness Center was open 24 hours. Everything else was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Atlantis Hotel I think is a great hotel. I don’t think it’s too kid friendly, definitely adult friendly. Somewhat upscale. The people are somewhat friendly. The location good near freeway, but my ideal location of a hotel is to have activities nearby and of course a Starbucks outside of the hotel (that’s just me) They do have a PF Chang and Olive Garden nearby along with some fast food places. Our room was clean when we returned. Soft beds. Fast service when need help with our remote. They don’t let you win :( money. They have a buffet place, top floor restaurant, cafes, small market, & boutique and arcades for kids. Tesla charging plenty of parking. Overall it’s a nice hotel. I recommend but not for families."
