"They double booked my room. Then called the cops on me. It was in the middle of a snow storm. I am 67 years old with 2 service dogs. The cops said it was a civil matter. The night clerk screamed at me saying I wasn't supposed to be in the room and called me a crack head. The cops said I could stay because I had receipts. At 6 am when the manager came on duty she woke me up and screamed at me saying I should have been thrown out the night before. I had paid for 2 nights. I left and never got a refund or nothing. Also tried to take money from me saying I was smoking in the room. I don't smoke. Very rude and unethical. I will never return to any locations owned by this company"

"Housekeeping and room service could be more consistent. Reached the front desk from inside l room regarding a phone replacement which remains unresolved following several calls"

"The only good thing about this place is where it is. My mom slipped on ice the lady at the front desk couldnt care less. A little kid running upstairs all night long. A car pulled in around midnight and their music was so loud. Never again. My advice pay the money and stay somewhere else, also the wifi has security issues. Then sitting here at 3am and some guy in the parking lot has his music so damn loud. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the money and stay somewhere nice and were the staff actually cares about you and your stay"

"Room was clean with tasteful minimalist style; Great value if you don’t need extras like a pool, business center etc.. maidstaff were always around. River walk is a 10 minute walk down the street to decent restaurants. Everything worked, it has all your basic essentials. We were stranded here for a day or two and very happy to have stumbled upon this Travelodge."
