"The Lodge has a great location. This is a quiet place with a lovely setting. The staff is wonderful, the rooms was average but clean. The restaurant has turned into a 5 star experience. The breakfast is gourmet to say the least. One of the most creative and delicious breakfast I ever had. The Dinner was out of this world. You can not go wrong dinning here. You also get free canoe rentals which was great. We will return for sure next year."
"You got to be a trout fisherman to appreciate this place. We stayed in an RV that was pretty beat up but functional. The store was not well stocked and the restaurants menu was very brief and basic as was the bar but it was well stocked with not only alcohol but fishing paraphernalia. The attitude of the people was fantastic. Just being there in the wilderness on the lake and being treated that way was heartwarming. The fishing was not good.. pyramid lake fishing is hit and miss, they're either biting or they're not and it's hard to tell very far ahead of time what's going to happen. As the lady said that's why they call it fishing and not catching."
