"It is a great place for family couples vacation to stay. Connect to circus circus is super convenient to bring kids to play. A lot different restaurants can choose. Steakhouse, Cafe, Jpanese so on. Even serve food in late night. Location is very convenient to access to everywhere. King bed room is spacious and nice view. Can see the city and mountain. Surprisingly quiet night. Only one thing can be improved, hair dry is too old."

"Overall, everything was satisfactory during my stay. Although the facilities were relatively old, it is understandable considering that many years the casino has been operating. However, the location was convenient with free parking and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, which was greatly appreciated. This reflects the excellent training that management has worked hard on it. The only issue I encountered was with the small safe-box in my room, which was locked by a previous guest and could not be unlocked, even after reporting it to the front desk and requesting maintenance to fix it. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved during my stay, and I had to carry my lap-top and document in and out of the hotel. I hope this was an isolated case and not a reflection of the entire maintenance department's performance."

"This hotel is terrible. The parking, checking in, and cleanliness are all problems. We stay in Reno annually while driving to Utah and have decided that this hotel is probably our least favorite. The rooms are not very clean and you can hear people through the walls. With plenty of options in the area I would recommend a hotel where it is easier to park, access a vehicle, and check in. Check in took us nearly an hour and the parking garage is very tight and very full. We ended up near the top of the garage. Last year I had to cancel a one night reservation due to a flat tire and the hotel refused to refund me despite attempting to cancel within 24 hours. Their customer service was atrocious, I will never stay here again."

"Very disappointing we asked for a non-smoking room, and our room smells like someone is smoking 20 cigarettes! My 11 yr old even had a nosebleed. Our noses hurt from the cigarette smell and dry noses. We will not stay at this hotel anymore, we came here 2 yrs ago and rooms were nicer and we could breath. Horrible! Our clothes stinks like cigarettes too! We can't wait to leave this hotel tomorrow ASAP to get some fresh air. Slot machines are very expensive, I finally found one if my favorite texas tea slot machine played $100 and no one never came around to offer a drink, we looked around and couldn't find a waitress. It was a group of 19 family members that came and left $$$. I don't recommend this hotel or casino. Rooms are not the cleanest and my pillow case had a hole too. Box of tissue was pretty much empty too."

"Check-in on the machines was not good but we got helped at the front desk by Jennifer and she was great to work with. We only stayed 1 night but went to a show at The Laugh Factory and that was fun. Food at the 24/7 restaurant was also good. We enjoyed gambling and our stay."
