"I've stayed here several times and I usually get a pretty nice room but I was not too impressed with the third floor Tower room that I got this time. There's only one window in the room and it has paint on it to block the light and from people being able to see in and it doesn't really stop the light that's blue and yellow blinking all night long from shining in your room. They're gaming floor could use like a customer service representative walking around talking to people all hours of the day. And since the circus circus and it's supposed to be for families people around their need to learn to be more customer service oriented and smile and interact a little more."

"The rooms were clean and the experience was fun for a weekend, however…if you have customers who pay a hefty price to stay in these rooms and they are out of service. Then maybe just don’t rent them out until they’re fixed! I had to get 4 pairs of keys for 2 nights!!! Because the locks were broken! At one point I had to get a whole new lock! I was told by security and maintenance this happens all the time too! That’s unacceptable. I get the age of the building but serviceability is a priority ESPECIALLY if I have to take a hike all the way to the front desk and wait in huge lines just to get on an elevator back and forth! I don’t want to keep wasting my time when the rooms could just be fixed in the first place. The casino was fun! The restaurants were restaurants. Service was mid- I would hate my life too if I had to work in a busy place however it’s also your ONLY job so maybe being nicer wouldn’t hurt either. Overall, wasn’t anything too great. It’s definitely clean! That’s great but getting in mh room without issues would be a major requirement right?"

"First time we stayed at this property. Our room was nice, just a little outdated. It was difficult to connect to the wifi. Took several calls to get it set up. Housekeeping was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Had fun in the casino...lots of new games and some old favorites, too. If you bring your children they will have a ball in the arcade."

"I often judge a hotel's service by their showers. A simple shower can make or break my experience as a guest. Circus Circus's shower was nothing short of spectacular; it was perhaps life changing. To start off strong, the water pressure was simply divine. Hands down the best I've ever experienced. The two nozzle settings were not great, but the middle third was absolutely perfect. Oppressive but not overbearing. Piercing but without sting. Second, the bar soap was much better than I had anticipated. I hardly ever use those types of soaps due to their inefficiency, however, this soap produced suds like I've never before seen. To top it all off, their hair products provided were superb, if not a little difficult to control how much came out of the tubes. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest I have ever been on vacation. (in case the intent of the image provided is unclear, it is me post shower, shocked at its greatness)"

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! First night we stayed in a dirty, dingy, loud air conditioned room. (Not at all what the pictures show you on the website!) My daughter was bit by some kind of bug. After having no sleep due to the loud AC unit and people running up and down the halls at 1am, we were at the front desk by 7am to possibly switch rooms. Ricardo at the front desk was so incredibly rude, condescending mean and unprofessional. Stating we needed to file a report with security in regards to the bug bite. We were then placed in another room (The rooms on the website) where I hoped the rest of our stay would be peaceful. In bed by 10pm and woken up at 11:30pm by screaming and banging from the kids in the adjacent room. This went on until 2am where I eventually lost my sh%^ and banged on the wall until they stopped. NIGHTMARE HOTEL! Do Not Stay Here if you want to sleep!!"
