"great apartment complex. no garbage disposal which means a lot of trash. my car got towed for not displaying my permit but that was specified in the lease. one dryer is down and you get lucky sometimes doing laundry. laundry is a little on the pricier side even for 2 people however rent is affordable. you pay for what you get. the stairs and walkways are clear when it snows but not so much the parking lots. walls are thin which sucks. other than that, the new paint looks nice and its a good place to live. they also do giveaways which is awesome :)"

"The Lev Apartments are conveniently right across the street from UNR, so there is no need to buy a parking pass for the school. These apartments are located near bus stops and Bird Scooter zones, making transportation into the downtown area easy. Walking distance to 7/11 and several restaurants. Apartments are newly renovated. Nice little space for 1 person."

"Right across UNR campus, great price, space is generous, laundry room is convenient and usually not too crowded, parking space is awesome and unauthorized vehicles are being removed. Plenty of bike racks, nice common space, and frequent initiatives to involve community participation. Walls are thin though and I liked it better painted in brown than grey. It used to feel like mountain cabins in brown, but trees still make the property look nice .Shade is nice in summer, but some units don't t have the best natural light. Kierra is the main reference person in the office. She is awesome!"

"For a cheap studio, this apartment complex isn’t horrible, but it’s certainly not great. The parking situation is a nightmare, but the apartment complex’s proximity to UNR is nice. My apartment came with nearly none of the furniture it was supposed to, and this problem was never fixed despite multiple trips to the leasing office and maintenance requests. The free wifi provided is horrible, and maintenance in general is not the best. The laundry room is incredibly small and only has 6 washers/dryers for the entire apartment complex. They do not salt the parking lot in the winter and much of the complex is built on a hill, so walking around in the winter isn’t the safest. Additionally, since the apartment complex was built in a hilly area, there is a chance of your entire apartment unit not being level (i.e. your apartment unit is slanted/tilted/also on a hill). The walls are really thin so, if you value quiet living, I would recommend finding another place to live. Also, the property owners value money over their current tenants, and I (as well as a few other residents that I have talked to) have experienced issues with lease renewal. My lease for the next year was terminated without my knowledge because the complex attempted to raise my rent for the following year. They did not inform me of this happening at all and only fixed things once I noticed, brought it to the leasing office, and demanded it be fixed. I fully believe that if I had never said anything about it, they would’ve had me sign the lease agreeing to higher rent without disclosing that my rent had been raised. They also attempted to terminate my lease (and multiple other residents’ leases) for the following year prior to the resign deadline, with barely any notice to me or the other residents. The people in the leasing office were kind when resolving this, and they are usually helpful, but they are forced to follow through with some questionable behaviors from the property owners. Finally, the hours that the leasing office is open are not the best for those that have to work full time."

"I've lived here for 2 years now, I've come to the conclusion that Lev is a very great place to live. The managers Kaitlin and Samantha, although Samantha is relatively new they are goth great. They always have smiles on their faces and are very helpful, and have made living here very nice. They both always take care of any issues I have had here in a timely matter. The unit is wonderful and the upgraded kitchens have been really nice. I am so glad they got rid of the carpet in the kitchen. Thank you for being a wonderful place to live."
