"I've lived here since March 2021. I've had 5 next door neighbors, last one I had to call police 19 times in e month period ,for domestic violence, I have PTSD, not supposed to have violence in the building, same apt has been vacant for months now,and each year ive been here. Took 2 years to get the thermostat fixed on my stove, over 2 years to get my AC to work, most of the summer my apt over 80 degrees, I took pictures of the thermostat, maintenance has been non existent since I've been here, most recently, my football bears blanket was found in the Landry room, behind the washers, been missing out of my apt, which means someone with a key has been in my apt, neighbors have complained of same issues,I reported , nothing done that I'm aware of,manager and maintenance staff have all left in last few months, new staff has done maintenance, I believe 17 exterior bulbs were installed after I put in a work order, now we have to remove our personal pictures, ECT from outside our doors, so we don't identify, looks like mental institution, just white walls ,no personal identity, I have great concerns about my safety, attacks from management, you have to be careful on what you say, report, it can and will be used to have you move, for a building with only 39 units, at least 4 or 5 units are vacant, have been vacant for many months at a time, my rent was 900 a month when i moved in, now 1251,our rents will continue to go up to mske up for vacancy, have to make up the rent, risky to write a review, but we must speak up for our disabled veterans our income certainly doesnt reflect our rent increases."
"Applied for an apartment. Was told that I made too much money. DENIED. The cut-off is $30,000 per year. I'm gonna be under that by a few dollars. No paperwork sent to my present address. Appeal? The banking paperwork was sent to the wrong email address. I had to call and inquire about the status. Employer information was mishandled. Just a truly bang-up partial effort."
