"I don't live here however, my best friend does. He is upset by the fact this place keeps raising their rent and nothing upsets me more than greed. I do not appreciate apartments going up in price due to unreasonable excuses. It was around the $1,000 mark. Then they added $200 for "washer and dryers" people dont pay $2400 a year for washers and dryers.. then $200 again for some other stupid reason and now another $200 because the excuse of, "After reviewing the income and expenses for the property, we find it necessary to increase your rental agreement." Seriously??? This is why there is an increase of homeless people. Just because people are starting to have an increase in pay doesn't mean you need to take that from them. People are struggling. Enough with the greed! This is wrong!"
