"I had an exceptional experience with Latitude39 throughout the move in process. From touring units to checking out the unit I wanted, I felt valued and any small remarks I made were heard. Anything I saw during the pre move in inspection the team made sure it was fixed before my scheduled move in. Jasmine was exceptional throughout it all and really welcomed us to the community. The apartment was really clean and the team made it their mission for us to be satisfied. Sadly we were so close to moving in but had to cancel our move in due to some unexpected events but I can really say I would recommend this place!"
"I have high expectations due to the good reviews but unfortunately latitude 39 has given me the worst move-in experience ever. 1. I lost two packages that had been delivered to my door. Both are over 50-pound large packages and my unit is on the upper floor. FedEx provided the proof of delivery photo of one of the two packages so at least one was stolen at my door. I had to purchase a security camera to avoid further incidents. Even though another resident said maintenance helped him install the device two months ago, my request for installation help was turned down by the maintenance supervisor. 2. The unit was extremely dirty and definitely not ready for move in. There were someone else’s hair on the toilet bowl, dead flies under the microwave oven, and thick fiber and dust in the washer and dryer. Please see the attached photos. I lived under this condition for three days until the cleaning ladies came to clean the W/D and microwave oven. The dryer was also not heating well but I had to contact them for three visits to have it examined properly . 3. There was one night when my neighbor was a bit noisy at 2 am. I tried to contact courtesy patrol services through the main line of the leasing office and was transferred to an operator who gave me the right number to call. Then I realized the number given to me was just the main line of the leasing office. So I was transferred to another operator who told me if i was transferred to her it means the service was not available at that time and there was no way to leave a voicemail or any other way to contact the courtesy service on that night. The next morning I went to the leasing office and was told there is a direct line to the patrol service. 4. Mark is the worst technician I have ever met. He came to check the noisy level of the fridge. He kept the fridge off when he was here and thought he fixed it after cleaning the dust. I asked whether he could wait to see whether the noise still exists after the fridge started to run. He insisted on leaving and when the fridge started to run, the noise remained and he refused to come back and said there was nothing he can do. Having a safe and clean home is the basic need of any resident, but it is so frustrating to get the basics here."
"Paying to much for NO PARKING!! and my unit doesn't have tandem parking spaces like other unit so I had to risk my vehicle being towed because I have to park in a private business lot outside of the complex. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! There are work vehicles, unauthorized, and tenants who has tandem parking spaces but decided to park in the open spaces, making no parking spaces for others. There are more tandem space open then the free open spaces by the office and entrance. They sent out emails but didn't enforce it. I see security driving around but never got out of the vehicle to check for the parking stickers. So many vehicles could've been towed out to let tenants that actually live here get a spot. There is no parking on weekdays and worst on weekends. They SERIOUSLY need to do somthing about this on-going issue. Very frustrating when you have to risk your vehicle to be towed or broken into and paying over 2k a month and they dont have parking for you is just RIDICULOUS!!!. My advice to management and the owner is to assigned parking spaces for tenants that don't have tandem parking so they can be guaranteed a parking spot inside the complex especially for those who are off work later in the day. For those that wants to live here DON'T! and run away fast."
"This place feels like home. Moved in two months ago. The office ladies are super friendly and attentive. Maintenance is on top of everything. If you have a nest or ring camera they’ll install it for you. I love that they do the dog DNA so residents don’t leave dog waste behind. Don’t expect front row parking it’s an apartment. You’re going to have to walk a little. It is what it is!"
"I wanted to leave a review before even moving in based purely on the friendliness of the office staff! Now that I have lived here 2 months I can honestly say I am nothing but impressed with the office staff (Nalleli and Jasmine) and the maintenance man, Junior. Everything is very well kept and updated/fixed if needed in a timely manner. We love the open floor plan and floors!"
