"Unfortunately in my opinion the prior and current and even as far as the reginal manager are some of the most unprofessional people with there California type attitude and mouth. No matter how well you communicate what lengths you go to to do what they need you too. As a single mom of three with a minimum for help at all and there insane rent prices for being "low income" fpi management is an absolute travesty to this complex and I've spoken even with longer term tenants who have seen the difference between the other management companies that use to run the place. Works in a jam sure but not something I'd suggest staying in long term especially as only some staff are manageable to communicate with at all. The rudeness an insinuating specific things without saying much is absolutely garbage management the wait times and lack there of of actual repairs also poor planning and management it's a joke here. I've been a resident since birth in reno and wow how this place fails! Do what you have to but also run far away!!!"

"Update after nearly 7 months. This place isn't what we expected whatsoever. It's WORSE. Trash always all over the place, people always fighting and cops here all the time. Have residents spray painting over handicap parking to put reserved for their unit number. All in the entire time we can't even get anything fixed. Missing switch and light socket covers with exposed wires, leaks, and still no dishwasher. Been here this entire time without a dishwasher. Then they raised our rent, right in the middle of a lease contract by well over $200 a month. Worst decisions ever to move here!"

"3rd time writing this. Lets see if it will actually be posted this time! 0 Stars. This place has gone even more downhill! I live with a friend here. Well not for too much longer as this place is just ridiculous. In the back right. Over by like building A they have the compactor trash can and a big green dumpster. Do people use it, yes. Properly, NOT even close. There is constantly trash all over the place. And I mean everywhere, couches, Glass, dressers, open bags of trash open and spewed all over. Its sick and It really looks disgusting. Then to top it all off there is always smashed and broken glass all over the place. Ive gotten 2 flat tires from driving over. Do they bother to clean it up, NO. There has been broken glass ALL OVER the parking lot for over 2 weeks now! They don't even bother to mow the back over there anymore. The weeds are literally 3ft tall. They mow the front, where people can see. But they don't do anything in the back. Even the Maintenance guys don't do much. When driving or going outside I constantly see them just driving around or just sitting in their little golf carts doing nothing. We have had a problem for over 6 months in our apartment. Do they bother to fix it, haha, right. They wont fix anything! They don't do anything around here anymore. The place is turning into more junk. We are actually ashamed to even invite people over, and defiantly not family. Place looks too trashy. Then you have these wanna be g@ng members that live over there. They are non stop fighting with people, breaking glass. Then a few times they were trying to kick down a door to beat some kid up. They will be outside until 2-3am being super loud. Ive counted the cops being over there 6 nights in a row one week. This was fairly recent too. Just crazy how they can still live there in AOneo0One! Im sure everyone over there knows about their problems. How can people not. We live upstairs and hear it non stop!!! To summarize, this place is a disaster. Sure they keep the front clean. And the front, play area grass looks nice. Except when parents let their kids destroy and throw junk everywhere. But the back, trash, glass and junk all over the place. Then you have these 17-20 year old's. or however old they are, acting like brats trying to beat everyone up, kicking in doors, breaking stuff, being loud at all hours, and just so much more. Its ridiculous I cant even invite my family over. I don't thing my Grandparents would climb the stairs but, my mom and other family. Because its shameful. Im not having my family come to a place I told them was soo nice when we came last year or whenever it was. Because its gone to junk. Just these past 2 weeks they have done "Inspections" they put a notice on everyones door. 1st notice was around noon stating they are coming in the next day. Well they never showed up. Then only a few days later the same notice posted on everyones door around 1pm. Get this though. They state and I quote. "We will be inspecting your unit. Please make sure all animals are put away. If we cannot enter your unit we will drill your locks and send it to our Attorneys. Furthermore, if you have any children under 18 you must make other arrangements for them." Guess what they never showed up again. My neighbor said she asked and they said they were done at noon. Very nice to have me take off 2 days and miss work for nothing. I hope someone can do something about the constant trash, broken glass, and just the stuff I explained. I've had to pay over 60$ just to repair 2 tires! CLEAN UP! It looks DISGUSTING! I would NOT recommend this as a place to live. We are moving out as soon as our lease is up."
