"The HOA and management is horrible. They hire cheap companies, like the one they got to replace our sidewalk removed it and used flimsy boards that didn't reach all the way as the temp walkway and took a full week to come and do anything else. My apartment is no where never worth what we're paying and the amenities we "pay" for aren't worth what we pay. The pool used to be heated not anymore to cut costs though they raise rent anyway and it's only open for like 2 months! It's 80-90⁰ but they wont open until July and they close after labor day when its still in the 90s to 100s. It's absolutely ridiculous. They don't care about their tenants. They ignored our calls after the first few when our upstairs neighbors had an a/c problem because we could smell everything they cooked or smoked and their maintenance guy said no one inspected the unit between prior tenants. They don't even have an office on site or maintenance on site anymore. The neighbors and location is literally the only thing going for this place. The people that manage this place would never find this place acceptable for themselves to live in."

"Could be a nice area except for the horrible management, they are condescending, aggressive, rude, and seem to all be named Karen. Out of the issues that are ongoing in the area they choose to be aggressive and focus on harassing the owners and renters rather than making improvements"

"HOA is horrible and very expensive! Even if you own the townhouse the HOA is now 275 a month with a yearly assessment fee of 400. Considering the townhouses are small there have been several fires within units and infrastructure is crumbling. Not much upgrades unless renting from owner, can have a pet but extra rent. The pool and work out room is a joke with barely 10 pieces of equipment to serve the entire community. The landscaping is improving but with HOA fees increasing yearly it is a wonder what you pay for and how they are increasing the value of the property."

"Great place to live. Clean and convenient. Great location. Pretty quiet. There's only one maintenance guy for the whole property, which is huge, so you don't usually get stuff addressed quickly but thats understandable when it's not an emergency and the office is only open Monday through Friday so if you need something on the weekends you gwt an answering service. I've never had an issue with any staff of the actual facility but the answering service has a few snotty employees like this lady named Leonor or something like that. I just wanted to leave a message and I got a million questions and a huge attitude when I questioned it. She must not have liked my voice because she was really rude and quick to snap. I also called right back and got someone nice who helped me right away without a thousand questions and an attitude so I think it was just that one entitled jerk. Everyone else is nice and helpful. And I don't get why this place has a low rating. Although it is annoying when the hot tub is closed for maintenance. It would be nice if they had a website that told you that sort of thing before you waste your time going over there. Other than that I'm happy."

"Where to start.... the complex was a great place about a year ago. I lived here for 2 years and ready to move out. During my stay I found the complex to be going down hill. You smell weed from the resident's loud talking late night, people in the parking lot making noise near midnight. One thing I'm not to happy with is calling the office for anything because you don't get a call back. Also every night the parking garage is full which is understandable that every tented has a parking slot. But to I noticed that the parking lot out side that they say is for visitors is always full I have 2 cars and I have to park my car around the corner because the complex is not managing the fact that there are too many people having over or staying the night but as a resident this should not be a problem. Security doesn't even help because when you call I never see them out here. For the money it's not worth the hassle and not a place that can be called a home."
