"Our apt location is perfect with the west view of trees and mountains; the patio has allowed Raeleen to put flowers our, almost year around. In our floor neighborhood we have met , care and enjoy hallway meetings. Allen was in and did a good job in installing the water float for the toilet...the downside is that water continues to run a bit, about every 15 minutes...both the flapper and float valve has been replaced...I am mystified as I have never experienced this ever before, having replaced many of these fixes in my past. Any ideas??? l"

"We have had a great experience here! Nice people here and the management is great! Love living here!"
"Well for the two + months I have here. The People are awesome, This place NEEDS HELP FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. The two DIRECTORS ARE STILL WET BEHIND THE EARS, DO NOT KNOW NOW TO MANAGE SENIOR LIVING. I myself have been yelled at bye both Megan and Haili at a Friday Community meeting for asking some question that are no longer being handle in this form it need to come to the office, Now this is my 1st meeting ever here at the Vintage at the crossing. WOW. And a call from Megan that I am not allowed to call their vendors. A 2nd WOW.. And the trash bins after a weekend look like this every weekend, Your employee tells us it not he's job.. And the complex dose not use their compactor each week the smash the trash because they don't want to spend the $500.00. I hear the doors have been broken for 5 years and are not fixed. Some of the people here wedge the safety doors with rocks so they can shut tight and the homeless are coming in taking sink bath in the restroom sink at night, and people and running the 3rd & 4th floor knocking on doors late night. The seniors are scared and feeling NOT SAFE IN THIS BUILDING. We tell your directors and they TELL US TO WRITE IT UP FOR THEM WHEN THEY DON'T DO A DAM THING. An why should we write it up we report it and they should write it up and take care of the issue But it go in one ear and OUT the other ear of your DIRECTORS. They rule like a Nazis and talk to us like pre school kids. Like on Friday Community Meeting it's Donuts and HANG MAN GAME, REALLY HANG MAN. So much more. To tell......."
"It took some time but we finally got a new dishwasher into my brother's ADA apartment. Since the dishwasher was not a standard size it took some time to replace but it got done and that is all that matters. Thanks to everyone involved in getting this done."
