"Favorite place I've ever lived! The apartments are so cool and truly like nothing else you'll find in Reno - exposed brick, concrete, big windows with lots of natural light, lofts, so gorgeous :) The location is great too, walking distance from pretty much everything, grocery stores right down the street, and right next to bus stops! The employee team is always the real make-or-break factor for apartments, and every staff member I've ever interacted with here has been so amazing! Deanna is such a sweet person who is so awesome at her job, and the maintenance team are all the kindest people and get everything fixed so quickly - I've never had to wait long for a maintenance issue to be solved! A good property management group is crazy rare, but this is one for sure :) All around awesome - if you get a chance to live here, jump on it!!"
"This is probably the best place I've ever lived. I absolutely love it here. There are lofts and then updated apartments, the apartments have amazing natural light, perfect for plants. The staff is incredible, friendly and professional. Every time I've called the office during their hours they've answered, or gotten back to me promptly and they are always so kind whether it's Arlene or Deanne. I feel like it must be so hard to find great people to manage your property, but they are truly amazing. Do you know how many reviews I've written about apartment complexes?? NONE. Who's even doing that?! I like living here that much. Almost every time I've put in a work order (very easily I might add) their main maintenance guy has usually gotten here the next day. That's crazy!! They're so on top of it and he's so sweet. Last time he came my garbage disposal wasn't working and he fixed it in like 30 seconds. Literally. A tiny spoon had fallen in there. It was so embarrassing, I easily could've gotten a flashlight and figured that out. But you know what he said? "Happens all the time don't worry :)" You know when your friends are complaining about their partners and you just sit there thinking "Couldn't be me my partner would NEVER" That's me when I hear about my friends' horror apartment stories. Seriously, best complex. If you get the chance to live here take it, it's wonderful."
