"In it's last stages of completing. This is a apartment complex that is sober living. It will have a sliding scale for rent. You will be randomly tested for drugs here plus they will have a counselor on site during the day. It is the only one of it's kind in Reno. They barely started taking applications before they make their selection of potential candidates. It will be hard to get into though because you have to meet a certain criteria."
