"I’ve lived here for about 8 years now. I used to love it. It was quiet and everyone kept to themselves. The office ladies were great. Starting a few years ago everything changed. Rent skyrocketed and they started doing never ending construction. Part of which was to make it a gated community which I appreciated. The gate has not been functioning more than maybe 2 weeks the entire 2 years it has been up. Yet we are expected to pay extra for things like the gate. I had to beg for them to fix the outdoor lights surrounding an elderly neighbors apartment because he couldn’t see at all at night. I was blown off for months and was finally told by maintenance they just wouldn’t be doing it. Now I go to pay my rent and see it is $60 more than it usually is. I call the office and all they would say is that I wasn’t paying enough for utilities and this would be my new bill. Have you ever heard of an apartment charging over $40 a month for trash alone? Mind you, I am already paying more than most residents right now. Why am I paying $2,100 a month yet the apartments are going for $1899? And you still have the nerve to say I’m not paying enough. After 8 years I will finally be leaving here and never looking back. I suggest you stay away."
"My roommate and I moved into the location in may. We have both had non stop issues with the way the property is managed. The location is mint, its close to everything. The area is quiet. However, theres very little to be said for the management team. When we first applied, it took three actual applications before they were able to figure it out. The first app sent to us was for a location in AZ, which we only caught because of the pricing /sq footage being different. We were originally given a move in date of June and were accepted into the complex. However after being accepted, we were told we had to move in several weeks sooner than planned or forfeit our entire contract. This was because the apt we originally picked out had been listed incorrectly for availability. After being accepted in, my roommate was charged a “mysterious fee of $25”. She contacted them multiple times before they were able to “figure it out”. It took weeks for then to be able to tell her it was due to a system fee, however they said it was “a fee they were unaware of and non refundable”. We are often ignored when trying to get maintenance or communicate issues. We feel like because we have a cheaper complex, they don't care about us. The apartment is literally falling apart, and anytime we try to file for a service the app doesn’t work and they seem to “forget” to email the paperwork. Our rental is one of the last ones thats not renovated, so we feel like low priority. My roommate filed a maintenance request stating to be contacted when they arrived, for comfort reasons. (Were both female and maintenance team is all male.). Instead they just popped in and fixed the toilet without notice or even a call. That was the one and only time we got any kind of service. Its just disheartening to know that all our closet doors are off the rails because of structural issues that pre existed to our stay, but we have to live in it because we don’t have the skills or tools to fix what should’ve been fixed in the first place. We feel like they took advantage of this being on of our first rentals and because are young."
"Been living here for just a couple months and had a few maintenance issues but the team here is great! They responded very quickly and have fixed everything better than it was before. Bart is is the main guy who has come out to help and he has done a fantastic job highly recommend him if you have any issues."
"This is my home. I have had the best experience here with the staff. The office managers help me with anything I need. I recently went through a tragic experience involving a neighbors dog. They went above and beyond to help me and support, checking on me and my family during and after the event. I was so impressed. This happened on a holiday weekend. The maintenance team is amazing. They take care of the apartment with speed and excellence. There has never been any problem they couldn’t fix. This complex has a family feel. It’s close to my work and everything I need doctors, shopping, good food. I highly recommend this complex as a place to call home."
"We have lived here almost 5 year. The management team and maintenance team have always been excellent. Whatever issue we have had, they have been address, and fixed quickly. We recently moved into a remodeled apartment and are very pleased with all the new upgrades. Would recommend this complex to family or friends."
