"Nothing good comes from these apartments . The Police are always there the place is disgusting garbage everywhere. Then we have the people that do fireworks which is totally against the law. I believe if they condemned Hillcrest and started over with a new Manager 20% of our crime rate in this area would go down. I'm definitely going to the next council meeting we'll myself and about 10 others that are sick and tired of all the illegal activity that goes on at that place."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Or anywhere associated with Nevada Commercial Services. I had many problems with these apartments in the year I lived here. Shutting off water without notice at least 5 times. Shutting off power without notice, and when I called the lady asked me condescendingly if I paid my power bill, I did and the whole buildings power was shut off not just mine. I did not receive my deposit returned or an itemized letter until more than 30 days after the end of my lease, which is illegal in the state of Nevada. We owed a prorated amount of $100 for 3 extra days after our lease was up and my roommate accidentally autopayed over $500 for his half, they would not return the money and he eventually had to order a charge back on his card to get it back. Do not rent from these apartments or Nevada Commercial Services they are thieves and a horrible company"

"It was okay love my neighbors until I got a new manger. She was nice at first but when I left she had "promise me i would get my deposit back because of all the bad things that have happen to us" text her a few days later and she said no because the apartment was "dirty" when we had left it clean. Wouldn't go back if she's still there. Wish she would of kept her promise."
