"My advice is don't change what isn't broken. I love these apartments and that's why I lived here for as long as I have. Getting rid of the garbage cans was not ideal, but you could turn them into parking spaces at the very least. Charging us for wifi when I already pay for my own and aren't confident that you would secure said wifi is a step too far. Now I'm being charged more for services I will never use while paying for my own wifi to ensure my own online security. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken. It either raises our rent for services we don't want or use. How about fixing the hot tub. I miss that amenity. Things were better when it wasn't owned by a corporation."

"Vista Ridge is a very nice apartment complex with a beautiful landscape and reasonably priced, sizable apartments. It is especially nice that they have charging stations for my electric car in the front. They used to be free to use but now they charge a large fee to use them."

"I have lived here for about 2 years, going on the 3rd year and I will not be staying another. New management took over and have raised my rent $245, this raise includes fees they have now added for services we NEVER asked for. They took away the trash bins and now we have to use the trash service, thats an extra $25, they are forcing us to let their guys instal fiber wifi, an extra $25, now we have to pay pet rent on top of the pet deposit we already paid when moving in, an extra $30 bucks. I am now paying $1595 for an out dated unit when i used to pay $1350. Very sleezy and very disappointing. Will be moving next year."

"I have lived here for two years and had a pretty good experience. Pretty quiet neighborhood, love the landscaping and views. Great pool however I do wish they’d pay to fix the spa that’s been out of commission for two years. :/ Maintenance is really quick to address questions and concerns. Neighbors can be a little noisy especially kids and pets and you can hear them even from the top floor. Safety has not been an issue for me or my roommates personally although I do wish they would keep the gate closed more often since we pay to have a gated community. Front office is really helpful and kind, getting mail is not an issue, and honestly would recommend it here for the price, location, and amenities."

"A fantastic place to live. Great front office people and fantastic maintenance crew. Tonight, our cat locked us out of the apartment, wonderful scenario. Called the after ours maintenance crew and Jeff couldn’t have been nicer in responding to our situation quickly and before we knew it, we were inside again. Give that man Jeff a raise."
